The new PRIMA FEMME ELITE should be on your radar and heres why..

Not only can you use your own existing skins on it (and heads) but it also comes with deformers and BOM nipple tattoos to customise the Whole body exactly to how you want to look.

This package contains BOM Nipple tattoo versions of the HD Nipples. There are 12 tones total with two sizes per tone (small, large) directly corresponding to the two rows of color options in the Body Shaping section of the body HUD.

BOM Nipple tattoos have the advantage that all BOM tattoos have which is no issue with alpha. This means your hair or anything else you happen to be wearing with alpha will not make your nipple texture vanish. The disadvantage, of course, is that they are no longer HD. However, you can use both your HD Nipples and a BOM Nipple tattoo! See below for some ideas on how you can use both to create a unique look.

You can also use these to cover up whatever nipple is provided by your skin as well. 

These tattoo layers are modify! This means that you can edit them and adjust the tint to your liking. When you are happy with the tint save the tattoo with a new name so that you retain the original unmodified. If you mess up, don't worry, you can always unpack this package again and begin again. If you lose the package your BOM Nipple Tattoos came in you can use your HUD under the Settings section and get a redelivery of your product.
